It doesn’t work for youth to build their life on popular culture, tradition, reason, or emotion! What should they build their life upon? GOD’S WORD!

Jesus says in Matthew 7:24: “Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock”

Popular culture changes, traditions grow stale, reason can be faulty, and emotions can lie. Yet GOD’S WORD never changes.

Youth may not always understand GOD’S WORD. They may not always like it. It won’t always be politically correct.  But it’s the only thing stable enough to build their lives upon.

If you’ve ever watched a house being built, you know that BLUEPRINTS are essential. BLUEPRINTS contain plans that fully describe the quality and specifications of the materials including the FOUNDATION. The quality and strength of a FOUNDATION determines the quality and strength of everything built upon it.

The same is true for a Christian’s life. A Christ-Like life built on a sub-standard FOUNDATION will never reach God’s intended purpose.

However, if their lives are built by the BLUEPRINT and the STRONG FOUNDATION of GOD’S WORD, they are more likely to reach God’s intended purpose for them!

In 2022, our Weekly Awana Brite Friday Night LIVE sessions on Zoom, will help the youth to do just that, on their journey to become YOUNG SERVANT LEADERS!
